Four courses inlcuding :-

Choice of Four Dainty Finger Sandwiches (includes Salmon)

Selection of Savouries

Scones, Clotted Cream and a Selection of Preserves

Choice of Four Homemade Cakes/Desserts

Selection of Teas

 

Other alcoholic/non alcholic drinks can be served (if provided by yourself)

 

Dainty Finger Sandwiches choices include - Egg & Cress, Cream Cheese and Cucumber, Beef & Horseradish, Ham & Mustard Mayonnaise, Chicken, Tuna & Sweetcorn and Cheddar Cheese & Pickle.  In addition, Smoked Salmon & Dill Mayonnaise is available with Menu Two

 

Preserves choices include - Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackcurrant Jam or Lemon Curd

 

Homemade Cakes choices include - Carrot Cake, Chocolate Brownie, Victoria Sandwich, Meringues, Bannoffe Tarts, Fruit Cake, Flapjack, Profiteroles, Coffee & Walnut, Lemon Drizzle and Cupcakes (any flavour but smaller than normal) and any other cakes which might take our fancy at the time

 

Tea choices include - English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Lady Grey, Decaffinated and Green Tea.  Coffee is also available.
