Our Afternoon Teas will take you back to an era you may not remember, providing everything from beautiful tea sets, linens, fresh flowers, dainty finger sandwiches, fresh scones and delicious cakes.

HOW IT WORKS

• Reserve an Afternoon Tea

  • Contact us by phone or email to check availability

• Deposit/Final Payment

  • A deposit of 50% is required to reserve an Afternoon Tea. Final Payment is due upon completion. We accept either cash or cheque, please make cheques payable to Diane Hammond

• What Area

  • We are based in Chatteris and are happy to travel within a 25 mile radius for no extra charge. Destinations over 25 miles will be charged at 50p per mile

• Booking Notice and Party Schedule

  • It is recommended that you book at least 3 weeks in advance for the best availability

• How Many?

  • We can cater for as few as 8 or up to 30 guests

• Preparation and Clean-Up

  • We will arrive up to 2 hours prior to the Afternoon Tea and clean up is approximately 1 hour at a time agreed.

• Final Numbers

  • We will contact you 7 days prior to the Afternoon Tea for a final head count - your final bill will be based on this number. Please include a list of any allergies or special dietary requirements

• Cancellation and Changes

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable, however, we will be happy to reschedule your party provided you give us at least 7 days notice prior to the original booked date

• Food Hygiene Rating

  • We are very proud to be rated five out of five for food hygiene

• Prices include the hire of :-

  Tables cloths (pink, blue or white), paper napkins (choice of colour), china cup,saucer and plate per person, tiered cake stands, cake plates, teapots, sugar bowls, milk jugs, sugar tongs, teaspoons, knives, forks, cream bowls and jam ramekins
